On Boxing Day, my hot water system dumped a huge amount of very hot water, managed to slow it down by the PTR valve, had noticed this new valve of only 15 mths old had been hissing for weeks.
My normal gas technician was unable to come out the next day and simply told me that it is only under warranty for 12 mths- typical, so another $195 plus labour.
So being so desperate to get this fixed before new years day, rang your company at work on the Friday, spoke to Dan and he arranged someone to come out at 4-5pm. (I didn’t realise it was Sharpe-ERS that I also use for Electrical work).
So Paul arrived, This employee was polite, professional and he explain to me what was happening, he recommended both the cold and hot valves changed, I explained the present valve was only put in September last year. So it was so nice that he explained his work and did not just do the work and go.
This young man is a real credit to your company, I was so impressed that your company accepted another job that day [and not charge me thru the roof like another Plumbing was going to].
Secondly my opinion of Paul is so positive that I will be using your company for all the Gas and Electrical work in my home. Old fashion service always works, and the pricing always comes into it as well.
Thank you also to your staff, I rang your office in Hindmarsh just after Paul had left and spoke to a lovely lady on the phone, she also was very grateful and professional over the phone, and now today Dan (manager of Gas and Plumbing), rang up to see all is well with the Solar Hot Water. I am a happy customer and will recommend your company to people at work.
