Further to our telephone conversation I reiterate the first class quality customer service delivery provided by David Gough. He presents as a real, genuine and sincere technician who has the client’s interests first and foremost in the manner in which he conducts himself. I had to let David into Harry Somoo’s residence so he could compile the rewiring quote. He presented in a thorough and professional manner and answered all the questions (comprehensively) that I asked of him regarding the rewiring.
I popped by to kill some time for an appointment I had at Henley Beach. I popped in side and when I looked through up the manhole I noticed the manner with which the air conditioning ducting had been installed. David commented on the observations he had made of the installation which caused me concern. Only 5-10 minutes before phoning you Darren I requested David to please sms me photos of the manner with which the ducting had been installed. He responded by sending 3 photos which I can pass on to Harry for his perusal.
