Electrical Safe Service

Our comprehensive Electrical Safety Service – performed by a qualified Adelaide electrician, will evaluate the condition of your overall electrical system – especially if:

  • Your house is more than 25 years old and has not had an inspection.

  • You have old wiring in your house.

  • You have any concerns about equipment that has been operating erratically, especially if appliances are more than 5 years old.

  • You are planning to invest in upgrading your electrics, renovations, or the addition of a swimming pool or solar power system.

  • You are selling your property – providing reassurance to prospective purchasers.

An Electrical Safety Service informs you of any potential fire & electrical faults. Make confident electrical safety choices at your home & work.

An Electrical Safety Service involves checking to ensure your electrical circuits and equipment are not likely to be overloaded. A visual audit is conducted, and some tests undertaken with the power switch off.

We can also use state of the art Thermal Imaging Cameras – these provide Images Quickly Pinpointing Hidden High Temperature Hazards as part of the Electrical Safety Service. Switchboards, switches, powerpoints and wiring can be easily checked behind walls and ceilings without having to physically remove anything.

The thermal inspections, in addition to visual inspections are the ultimate way to help identify any electrical safety issues inside your home or property.

A written report is provided on completion of each inspection – containing an assessment of the overall condition of your electrical installation – with any deficiencies and potential problems being noted, so that any hazards can be reported and priced. These can then be rectified urgently as applicable.
